Pickup Details: Freshly baked for local pickup in the Creston Neighborhood, Grand Rapids, MI (49505). Exact pickup instructions and address details will be sent in your order confirmation email.

Transport: Keep the cake box flat on the floor of your vehicle (never on a seat). Keep your vehicle cool with the AC on.

Storage: While our buttercream cakes are safe at room temperature, we strongly recommend keeping your cake refrigerated until serving time to preserve its delicate piping, structure, and decorative details. For the absolute best flavor and soft texture, bring the cake out of the fridge 1 to 2 hours before serving so the buttercream softens to room temperature.
Order Cancellations & Refunds: All orders are final once placed. Because custom cakes require advance preparation and ingredients, we do not offer refunds for cancellations made within 3 days of your pickup date.

Pickup & Timeliness: Orders must be picked up during your designated pickup window. If you are running late, please notify us immediately. Orders not picked up on the scheduled date may be forfeited without a refund.

Liability & Transport: Once the cake is picked up and leaves our possession, Pastry Leidy is no longer responsible for any damage that occurs during transport, setup, or storage. Please follow our provided Care & Storage Instructions carefully to ensure your cake stays safe.
